Losing Fat and Drinking Beer

Yesterday, I made a Sunday morning post on Facebook that read:

Put Thursday’s beer carbs … to good use at the gym this morning; lost weight, (re)gained a little strength!

A Fresh Start

Hi all,

if you’ve been to my blog before you’ll immediately notice all the old stuff is gone. Sorry.

The backstory to that is that a lot of the content was dated, so I didn’t really care much for it when switching hosts. This gives me an opportunity to refresh my memory on old topics and combine them with what I know now to provide much better guides on programming, U.S. immigration, food, nutrition, and fitness.
